I have been a Certified Practitioner of Reiki and BodyTalk now for 8 years and a HelioSol System and AgapeMind Practitioner for 4 years. In this time I have seen miraculous changes in both my own life and the lives of my clients. My greatest passion and motivation lies in assisting others in their own personal journey, growth and healing.

There is a deep understanding that has followed me through my varied environments. This understanding is: the consciousness of all things is fundamental to the body minds natural ability to find balance. Whether it’s from a boardroom, to a kinesthetic muscle response on a massage table, I understand how to see where the imbalance and altered frequencies in life's experiences are, and how to understand and treat these with the healing energy arts. This has brought me tremendous joy and a growing desire to see everyone access and integrate these tools into their own personal transformation and their own unique wellness journey.
