HelioSol (*NEW), BodyTalk, or Reiki Sessions : between 30 - 90 minutes (average length 45mins)
(Initial consultations - please allow an additional 15min)

*Distance Sessions (Audio-recorded, phone, distance remote, zoom) : between 30 - 90minutes (average length 45mins)

*BodyTalk Method of Lymphatic Drain Session : between 90 - 140 minutes

Keep in mind, the length of session does not determine the "quality" of session ~ Your body/mind or innate wisdom knows best
